Please describe the problem:
plugin adds contacts to address book brute forcely.
• it makes different entries for contacts, merged in pidgin
• it doesn't check if data it trying to add is already presented in adress book

Steps to reproduce:
1. add a google contacts account to evolution
there should be entry with im information, but with name different to one, used in pidgin
2. turn on automatic contact synchronisation with pidgin

Actual results:
a duplicate entry from pidgin will be added.

Expected results:
i expected that only contact that new to my address book will be added

Does this happen every time?
yes.
