Description Geoffrey Leach 2009-07-20 23:13:45 UTC
The way it used to work: type text and it appears in the text box above the cell area. Hit return and text was transferred to cell. Now hitting return moves the cell selection down, but no text is transferred.

Which exact version of Gnumeric 1.8.x are you running (we obviously haven't changed 1.8 in a long time)?

Did yo compile it yourself?
Which version of gtk are you using?
Are lots ofmenus disabled when this happens?
Comment 2 Geoffrey Leach 2009-07-22 13:11:22 UTC
gnumeric-1.8.4-2.fc11.i586
