Please describe the problem:
GTK+ 2.18 introduces GtkInfoBar, and the vino preferences dialog should use it instead of it own implementation for displaying the information box.

The new Ubuntu "light" themes are a good example to support the switch to GtkInfoBar.

Here[1] is a screenshot of vino using those themes, near a gedit using colors designed for GtkInfoBar, not GtkTooltips.

Just for reference, the bug on launchpad against those color is here[2]
