Here's a patch to add xmlTextReaderPtr to the libxml-2.0 GIR; I needed this in order to get libgweather introspecting. I'm not sure what the policy is on adding stuff to this gir, as it seems somewhat empty (I'm hoping it's add-as-needed, so that this is acceptable).

Yep, fire at will on these.  

One thing we might be able to do in the future is half-scan them, just extract say structures.  But for now please commit.
