Description Pauan 2009-06-21 07:30:03 UTC
Take a look at this theme:
http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Windows+Aero?content=106978

Note how the "close" button is wider than the "minimize" and "maximize" buttons. I tried in vain to get a similar effect in Metacity. I can't seem to find any possible way to do it.

I've tried giving the minimize and maximize buttons a smaller width than the close button, then using the "x" attribute to shift them to the right. This works okay for the maximize button, but the minimize button is cut off!

See screenshot:

It'd be really neat if this was possible in Metacity in some way.
