Please describe the problem:
After leaving the full screen mode the mail folder pane is to tight

Steps to reproduce:
* Open evolution in full screen mode
* Resize the folder panel to you needs
* Make the evolution window smaller
* --> the folder will get tighter
* Make full screen



Actual results:
The folder panel does not resize and is still tight.

Expected results:
The resizing should be persistent.
