Is your setup is a combination of e2k3 and e2k7 ?

And check if you are able to send mails to e2k7 account -> e2k7 accounts?

No the setup is completely e2k7. There is no e2k3. I can send emails to some folks within the company but not to some others.

I believe this may have something to do with the way some folks are setup under different OU name in the e2k7 server or something similar?
