Please describe the problem:
Pressing the Launch application keyboard shortcut Alt-F2 fails to open Launch application when done on screen 1 :0.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press the Launch application keyboard shortcut Alt-F2 on screen 1 :0.1
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
The Lauch application window would open on screen 1 :0.1

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Ubuntu amd64 9.04 upgrade from 8.10

Which window manager are you using? Compiz or metacity?

I'm asking because I looked at the gnome-panel code and it seems to handle the screen fine. I'm looking at the metacity code and it seems to be fine there too. I didn't check compiz (don't know the code there)

If you're using metacity, then we need to debug this. If you're using compiz, can you try with metacity?
