Old-age attributes exceeding threshold are not contributing to making the :drive-ata-smart-has-bad-attributes be TRUE but nonetheless we should highlight these attributes to alert the user.

It would also be nice to show FAILED_IN_THE_PAST instead of FAILING if current >= threshold and worst < threshold.
