gppmux doesn't support to mux mpeg4 part 2.
in 3gpp spec mpeg4 part 2 in a valid format in 3gpp files so gppmux should be able to mux mpeg4.

Discovered that also my phone only supports MPEG4 part 2 in 3GPP, assigning to Thiago

Thiago, if you have a chance to look at this during this weekend it would be great, as -bad freezes on Monday so it would be nice to have this fix in before then.
