Description Michael M. 2009-05-05 16:50:27 UTC
Please describe the problem:
when downloading new cover art for a brand new library that has just been imported, banshee uses 100 max cpu cycles and maxes out most of the Internet connection.

The album artwork plugin should not take over the whole program and computer, it should run in the background if needed and understand the cover art comes second to computer usability.

Steps to reproduce:
1. import large library of music
2. allow bashee to fetch album art work
3. watch processor utilization

Actual results:
cpu maxes out

Expected results:
cpu maxes out

Does this happen every time?
yep

Other information:
after quiting banshee a couple of times due to high cpu usage cover art refuses to download any art work and now hangs at "preparing..."
