Description Schmurk 2009-05-04 12:14:38 UTC
When copying the documentation of a function with the \copydoc command, the brief description is copied as it is part of the detailed description.

Thus, the brief description doesn't appear next to the function name in the list of functions but it appears in the detailed description.

We can easily see it by disabling the REPEAT_BRIEF option. When doing so, the brief description of the reference function (the one for which we have put the documentation) disappear from the detailed description but it is still present in the detailed description of the function for which we have used the \copydoc command.

This bug is also present on Version 1.6.3.

Using \copybrief followed by \copydetails instead of \copydoc works fine, but should have the same semantics!

No changes in version 1.7.3
Using \copybrief followed by \copydetails instead of \copydoc also not works.
This bug will be fixed?
Comment 3 Dimitri van Heesch 2011-12-28 10:17:28 UTC
Confirmed. Should be fixed in the next subversion update.
