[enh] certificate chooser initial directory improvements

Create a new openVPN configuration in NetworkManager - Set the user certificate. You'll notice that you'll have to navigate to the directory with the file dialog. - Set the CA certificate. You have to navigate again to the directory Expected: - That it be already in the last selected directory and certificate are likely all in the same directory.
I am working on this bug, will submit a patch soon.
