Similar to bug #576276, the Save button should be insensitive when there is nothing to save. It serves as a visual feedback that the save operation actually worked.

Another related issue: bug #575975.

i'm resetting this to priority normal. This will be trivial to do once we have undo support, but that's not going to happen in this release.
