Please describe the problem:
Email sig with HTML code now shows the code instead of correct signature.

Steps to reproduce:
1. send a new email
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
your existing signature appeared not parsed

Expected results:
see the signature

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
it also shows the html code in the signature definition page
