new tab with ctrl-t result in wrong font color

the bug has been opened on https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/351382 "I have set up a background color in nautilus (dark gray) so now the fonts are nicely displayed in white. If I open a new tab using Ctrl+T, the font color of the new tab content is black (unreadable). If I right click a folder and 'open in a new tab' the bug does not occurs."

Why this bug is still unconfirmed? It's so easy to reproduce, and a lot of people already reported.
