Right now banshee only allows to add a new station by right-clicking the last.fm icon. This is not evident enough. It the last.fm section of banshee, adding a couple fields would simplify the process a lot.

You can click the + button in the toolbar as well, which in 1.5.0 also has the "Add Station" text next to it.  Your mockup is nice, but I think redundant.
