Description Martin G 2009-03-03 13:02:50 UTC
Qt 4.5 will have nice integration with Win GNOME Kde and MacOSX.
Integration with gtk comes thanks to QGtkStyle
http://labs.trolltech.com/blogs/2008/09/05/qgtkstyle-now-part-of-qt/

It would good for GTK to have similiar feature to integrate with KDE4, and other platforms it supports like Windows.

The areas of importance are :
-Open/Save FileDialogs
-Print Dialogs
-layout of OK Cancel buttons on dialogs
-Theming

In my opinion it's a major feature that Qt right now have and GTK+ (maybe a 3.0 version ? ) should also have it.

Are you volunteering?
Comment 2 Martin G 2009-03-03 13:25:06 UTC
I'm not a developer ... unfortunately :(
Comment 3 Matthias Clasen 2009-03-03 15:31:53 UTC
Did you do any investigation at all into how much of this GTK+ already does ?
Comment 5 Matthias Clasen 2013-10-06 06:44:42 UTC
nothing actionable here
