GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 572072
Filters->Edge-Detect->Difference of Gaussians... does not work properly
Last modified: 2009-02-17 11:16:11 UTC
Please describe the problem: If Invert option is selected, the preview is whole black screen and does not react to any changes to Radius 1 and Radius 2. This bug was introduced with version 2.6. Version 2.4 is free of this bug. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open any image. 2. Choose Filters->Edge-Detect->Difference of Gaussians... menu. 3. Select Preview and Invert checkboxes and look at the preview, deselect Invert and spot the difference. Actual results: When Invert is selected the whole preview is black. When you click OK button the filter is working properly, but luck of the preview makes difficult to use this filter. Expected results: To see the proper preview. Does this happen every time? Yes. Other information: I checked this bug occurs in Windows and Linux versions.
