1) Go to http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/examples/tabview/tabview-ariaplugin_clean.html
2) Tab to the "Opera" tab
3) Attempt to right arrow to the "Firefox" tab
4) Orca's caret navigation prevents you from going to the "Firefox" tab

The fix for bug 571058 fixes this bug too. I've committed this regression test to trunk.
