Please describe the problem:
Actually qtmux doesn't support audio/AMR sink

Steps to reproduce:
1. gst-inspect qtmux
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
audio/AMR sink is not listed as capable

Expected results:
audio/AMR sink is listed as capable

Also gppmux should support H263.

video/x-h263 should be listed when doing "gst-inspect gppmux"
