Please describe the problem:
Since using epiphany-2.22.3 with xulrunner-1.9 backend, files are always downloaded to /tmp instead of ~/Desktop

I have rechecked my preferences and they seem ok, also, when setting download place to my home it works ok, but still fails if I set it to my Desktop

I think that the problem could be in how epiphany is setting "downloads_folder" gconf variable, it is being set to "Desktop" instead of "~/Desktop"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "Edit" -> "Preferences" and set download folder to "Desktop"
2. Go to ftp://ftp.free.fr/pub/Distributions_Linux/Fedora/updates/9/SRPMS.newkey/
3. Click on, for example, epiphany-2.22.2-6.fc9.src.rpm


Actual results:
File is downloaded to /tmp instead of ~/Desktop

Expected results:
It should be downloaded to ~/Desktop

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
I am running epiphany-2.22.3 under Gentoo with gnome-2.22. xul-1.8 backend worked fine
