Please describe the problem:
On the screenshot you can see borders of icon list area of file open dialog and of Nautilus window. As you can see, the border of the icon list area of file open dialog is shaded creating 3D effect (place where icons displayed seems pushed). While Nautilus' icon list area is not shaded making flat impression.
