Please describe the problem:
Sometimes when switching between them the selected tab is detached. It happens both on a local X-client/server and an SSH'd session, using both swedish and british locales.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Use several tabs in one gnome-terminal
2. Mouse-click on different tabs on the top
3. Repeat 2 until the a tab gets detached


Actual results:
A tab is detached. Sometimes it takes a lot of tries

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
