For an EPlugin that I'm working on I will need a Camel API to get the filename of the cache.

I will attach a patch that adds this API. The EPlugin that I'm developing is available in the bug that I annotated as blocking on this Bug.

Note that both patches need a review, they are for two different components (camel trunk and evolution-exchange trunk).
