Pretty closely related to 556406 and 549153. When you left click on the Tomboy icon in the system tray, the context menu stays around until you select an option. There is no way to close it without selecting one of the menu options. Normally, I think these kinds of menus disappear when you click elsewhere on the desktop.

Tempted to mark this as a duplicate of bug #556406, but I guess that depends on the fix.  Confirming.

This may just be a gtk+ on Windows bug, but we shall see! Thanks for the report.

Actually that's exactly the problem description if you follow that Microsoft link in 556406, so I'm pretty sure that implementing a workaround for that fixes both issues.
