pyorbit uses ./libtool during configure checks, but on systems with libtool 2.x it is created at the end of the configure script. The LT_OUTPUT macro can be used to output ./libtool earlier.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
