Please describe the problem:
In section "Tutorial Availability" on web page
http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk-tutorial/stable/c17.html
i found broken link to http://www.gtk.org/tutorial

Steps to reproduce:
1. I go to http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk-tutorial/stable/c17.html
2. When I click http://www.gtk.org/tutorial
3. The requested URL /tutorial/ was not found on this server.


Actual results:
404 Not Found error

"Not Found
The requested URL /tutorial/ was not found on this server."

Expected results:
Correct tutorial page

Does this happen every time?
Yes
