Description Neil 2001-06-14 06:33:38 UTC
I'd like to be able to type

12Jun
12Jun01
12Jun2001

just like in Excel.
Comment 1 Jody Goldberg 2001-06-28 22:37:33 UTC
It seems that Excel attempts to 'number-match' against several formats
that are not listed in the default set. This should be easy when we
patch to avoid matching against formats that have the same regexp.

Comment 3 Jody Goldberg 2001-10-16 17:35:54 UTC
Matching is not the problem, we already use regexps. It is just a question of adding
more of them, and possibly optimizing thing sto avoid testing multiple regexps
with matching prefixes.

Fixed in cvs. (Better late than never, eh?)
