It was saying it a was allowing a drop everywhere but wasn't accepting it. Note that I was able to dnd the same video clip into the storyboard before.

After this, I recorded from my webcam via pitivi, and that dropped in fine...

The problem is that it's a video-only file ... for which we don't have proper support in that release.

This will be solved once we've switched to the new design which is a lot more flexible in that regard.
