Image turn off button from <1.9 dissapeared! Please return it.

Epiphany 1.9 is an obsolete version but I don't think we ever had an "image turn off button". Are you sure you filed a bug against the right product?

Aaah, excuse me, looks like it was patch from gentoo portage specific patch heap.

But it's nice feature if you are stuck with globalstar or gprs over short wave radio or even gprs over gsm. So I requesting to add these feature, I tried, but portage is /dev/null for files that even few versions old.

And there are lot's another cases where these is essential (broken page, overloaded server, too baad images e.t.c.)
