Description gabriel 2008-11-04 17:52:32 UTC
Please describe the problem:
enter a new ldap address book.
try to use it. it will fail.

kill all evolution process (there are two daemons runing by default ubuntu install that requires a regular user to *reboot the machine* to have them restarted) to make it work

often the user will leave it alone and on the next day it will miraculously work. but also there are users that will keep changing parameters at random and leave it misconfigured and never get it to work later.

Steps to reproduce:
1. configure new LDAP address book
2. try to use it

Actual results:
fail until all process get restarted.

Expected results:
simply work :)

Does this happen every time?
yes
