GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 558183
Get error when installing GNUCash 2.27 on WinXp SP3
Last modified: 2018-06-29 22:11:46 UTC
Get the following error message when installing GNUCASH 2.2.7 on a WindXp SP3 system. Windows Title: Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6fb7c 4 75b6b7c 75b6bf6c Buttons: Cancel Try Again Continue NOTE: Also get this when trying to start up using the ICON. GNUCASH is not usable at this time
Added information. I have a floppy drive/ 7 in 1 card reader on my system. The 7 in 1 drive is USB 2.0 connected. If I put a photo chip in the 7-in-1 drive before starting GNUCASH it works normally. Looks like GNUCASH is going through the drives at start up but for some reason is looking for a DISK on the Photo Chip reader
