Description Laurent Bigonville 2008-10-25 22:16:19 UTC
Bug coming from http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=500650

"I'm not sure the bug should be against empathy or telepathy-gabble, but I'd
say more on empathy. It'd be nice if empathy supported, as gajim, to change
the jabber client priority when going away.

That means, if all client have the same default priority, you don't need to
change it when switching from a box to another. You just put yourself away (or
autoaway), and messages are routed directly to your new location, instead of
trying to reach you on a box you're not.

Thanks, and keep up the good work :)"

This is a gabble bug. Empathy never do protocol-specific actions.

Could you point to the gabble bug number? Thanks.
