Description Patrice Gendreau 2008-10-08 13:56:36 UTC
Since upgrade to gimp 2.6
the shortcut "G" doesn't work

(thanks for this software....)

As a workaround, try adding a "gimp-remote" symlink pointing to gimp-remote-2.0.

Comment 2 Michael Natterer 2008-10-08 18:13:29 UTC
gimp-remote is deprecated and needs to be explicitely enabled by
passing --enable-gimp-remote to configure. If you do so, it is built
and the symlink is correctly created.

Note however that you don't need it any more because this functionality
is built into the gimp binary now (using dbus).

Thanks for the bug report Patrice, and thanks for the comments Michael.

Fixed in gthumb-2-10 and trunk. Should appear in 2.10.11 and later.

Comment 4 Patrice Gendreau 2008-10-08 20:06:26 UTC
I've set the "0" shortcut to run Gimp
but I love "G" ...

I like gthumb and I try to understand imagemagick
