What were you doing when the application crashed? I launch deskbar-applet using the shortcurt after selecting text. I think I got this error while I'm using a proxy.... luca
from bug 476730: "Seems that you use a proxy that requires authentication but you haven't supplied username and password."
I supplied username and passowrd, but, AFAIK it doesn't read correctly those data. I don't know if is a problem of deskbar or gnome, but this problem occurs also with firefox and epiphany... Some other applications works fine: rhythmbox's plugin last.fm, gnome weather, and so on... if you need some tests, just ask me.... I'm here ;-) Luca
