Importing a DXF then exporting to EPS gives a strange bounding box; it
seems that when the first layer is empty, dia is a bit in trouble to find
the actual bounding box of a diagram.

Here's a small DXF file (a very small sketch exported from SolidWorks
2000), which exhibits this behaviour.
