Description Thomas Koster 2008-09-29 03:00:01 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Time remaining shown in the Downloads window is not correctly formatted for my locale (en_AU).

Steps to reproduce:
n/a

Actual results:
Minutes and seconds are formatted as "mm.ss".

Expected results:
Minutes and seconds ought to be formatted as "mm:ss".

Does this happen every time?
n/a

Other information:
If mm.ss is used to avoid confusion with hh:mm when a short and long download are both occuring at the same time, then I suggest considering formatting the time in a long format like many other downloading tools. For example, reading "1 minute 8 seconds" is immediately clear, while "01.08" is not. See the Deluge BitTorrent client for an implementation.

I don't know if it's easily translatable into all the locales that Epiphany is available in, though.
