The content of the <default> tag is wrong here, it needs to be a list of valid encoding names, e.g [ISO-8859-1] or [ASCII,ISO-8859-1,UTF-8]. Encoding names cannot be translated.

Where does this bug occur? I am new to translating and maybe I can correct it.
