Please describe the problem:
Using the HP Officejet 5610 all in one printer, the top of the invoice is cut off when printing. It's as thought the entire invoice is shifted up - the invoice number and date gets cut off. This occurs when printing the default style invoice. The print preview shows the correct layout.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an invoice.
2. Print.
