Description -- 2008-07-26 15:17:10 UTC
When trying to import MP3 files into Banshee, 46 songs from my library throw "MPEG audio header not found" error. Any other application play all successfully.
I could upload an example if it is appropriate, however if it isn't, tell me how can I elaborate.
Comment 1 Bertrand Lorentz 2008-07-26 20:37:01 UTC
This might be the problem described in bug #533689.

Do the 46 songs have embedded covert art in their ID3 tags ?

Can you attach one of the file, or post a URL to it ?
Please also specify the version of taglib-sharp you are using.
Comment 2 -- 2008-07-26 22:26:31 UTC
I removed the album art from a file using EasyTag and it imported successfully, so yes, it is definitely it. I did not think about this possibility, maybe because 90% of my library has cover art embedded.
For the record, I'm using taglib-sharp version 2.0.3.0.
I guess this bug report can be closed now as it is a duplicate.
