Steps to reproduce:
1. Start orca speech.
2. Move focus onto bottom panel(<Alt>+<Ctrl>+<Tab>)
3. Move focus from one widget to another with <Tab>.
4. Add one or more applet onto bottom panel, say contact-lookup-applet.
5. Move focus onto this applet.

Expected result:
Orca could read these widgets/applets out.

Actual result:
Only "Main Menu" button can be read.

Additional info:
Accerciser could see these widgets/applets, say show desktop toggle button, calendar toggle button.
