Please describe the problem:
The Visual Studio project file is missing some source files; this makes the linking fail

Steps to reproduce:
Open solution in Visual Studio and compile

Actual results:
linking fails with undefined symbols

Expected results:
linking should succeed

Does this happen every time?
yes
