Description Jodi 2008-06-04 05:17:54 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When I scale the image settings in the print dialogue to, for example, 7" x 7", and proceed to print, the resulting image is so large that only a small portion the image prints (the top left hand corner). If I scale the image down to 1" x 1" I can print a full page image.

I am using WinXP and an HPLaserJet 1010 series. But the problem also persists when using a PDF printer driver such as CutePDF.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Scale an image within 8.5" x 11" range.
2. Print to HP printer
3.

Actual results:
I print a 8.5" x 11" size image of the very top left hand corner of my image.

Expected results:
To print to the scale I selected.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
