eog 2.23 crashes sometimes the same way when opening the fileselector on my current ubuntu intrepid installation, reassigning to glib

It would be interesting to see if there are any reports of this with 
glib >= 2.17.1. 

I somehow expect this to be fixed by:

I've not seen this bug for a while, could be this change which fixed the issue
