Description Alex Lancaster 2008-05-07 14:10:37 UTC
I just installed galeon-2.0.5-1.fc9.i386 from Fedora 9 which is built with xulrunner-1.9-0.60.beta5.fc9.i386.

All of my saved passwords were lost and galeon refuses to save any new passwords or record information about passwords sites (i.e. whether to ask or not). "Edit"->"Personal Data"->"Passwords" and "Edit"->"Personal Data"->"Password Sites" have no rows present.

I assume this is collateral damage relating to building with xulrunner 1.9.

You could add that to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=443518 "Lots of issues with galeon in F9"
Comment 2 Denis Leroy 2008-10-04 12:55:03 UTC
This should be fixed in galeon 2.0.7 (in Fedora 9 update-testing).
Comment 3 Philip Langdale 2008-10-09 02:54:22 UTC
Fixed by the changes in 2.0.7
