Please describe the problem:
Currently ETableItem enforce the difference between odd an even row color with:
eti_get_cell_background_color
e_hsv_tweak (background, 0.0f, 0.0f, -0.07f);

It should expose a odd-row-color for theme to be able to control odd row color from gtkrc.
