It appears that rhythmbox is getting the wrong version of totem-plparser. I'm not sure how this is possible. Which libtotem-plparser packages do you have installed?
This is what dpkg says: ii libtotem-plparser10 2.22.2-1
No old versions in /usr/local/lib or in $LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
