Description BKB 2008-04-12 23:23:32 UTC
I am using Pan newsreader version 0.132 "Waxed in black" which doesn't appear in the list of versions here. The closest thing seems to be 0.13.2 but I think this is a different version.

My bug is as follows:

If I ask Pan to "ignore" some articles, it does not mark articles as read, so although no articles are visible in the header pane, in the groups pane the group is shown with unread articles. In order to mark these articles as read, I have to use "Groups/Mark Selected Groups Read". It's a little inconvenient to have to do this every time I use Pan. If I set something to be ignored/invisible, I would prefer it to be marked as read automatically.

Thank you.

I'm the user who first asked about this on the pan-users mailing list. I'm adding myself to the CC list to keep track of it, and to make it easier to ask questions if needed.
