Now that Nautilus is handling media and devices it would make it easier for some users (see bug 509823 for example) to find the place to configure this if we renamed the preference capplet from "File Management" to "Files & Media" (or something else).

We could also consider changing the icon to make it more evident it's about more than just files.

Confirming, it's too late now to do this for 2.24, but this is something we should do after 2.26 branching.
